$130 – $165 per 55 min session

Limited slots available for sliding scale. Rate and eligibility determined by financial hardship and access to out-of-network benefits.

Willow Therapy & Wellness can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

You may consider asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network benefits?

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment for in-person sessions. A valid credit card must be kept on file for late cancel fees. Payment for virtual sessions are collected via credit card through the client portal. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within this time frame are subject to a late cancel fee.
